1. Provide administrative support to Executive Team members.

2. To complete research and data entry tasks assigned by Executive Team members.

3. To drive Executive Team members to events and meetings, and to run errands as assigned by Executive Team members.

4. To take and transcribe meeting agendas and minutes for Executive Team members.

Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Payment Schedule

Timesheets are submitted every other Friday. Payment is every other Friday for the previous two weeks' work. Must have direct deposit.

Terms of Agreement

This position requires HIPPA and privacy compliance.

I understand that this position requires a background check, a non-disclosure agreement, and a non-compete agreement.

This is a data entry position.

I understand that this is a data entry position and that my performance will be measured by the speed and accuracy of my typing and scanning.

This position requires management of a database.

We are looking for someone who cannot only type accurately, but also someone with enough experience with computers and software to manage databases.

This position requires that you have a vehicle and a valid driver's license.

Hosea Helps is an event production organization and this position requires that the individual be able to attend off-site meetings and events, and run errands unassisted.

This position requires a smart phone.

I understand that this position requires being able to check my email, access the internet and manage databases from my phone.

This position has a holiday work schedule.

This position requires that the individual work all major holidays, including but not limited to Thanksgiving, Christmas, MLK Jr. Holiday, etc.

This position requires heavy lifting.

This position requires that the individual move heavy file boxes and other archive materials unassisted. This will include setting up tables, chairs, tents, etc.
