We have the capacity to accept pallet and bulk donations of a wide range of products. Our 20,000 square foot facility allows us to store and organize products that will end up in thousands of households.
Our walk-in freezer and refrigerator allow us to accept donations like fresh produce and dairy products, as well as frozen meals and meats. Fresh and frozen donations are essential to providing healthy meals.
We currently have two large box trucks, that hold 12 pallets each. The gasoline expense, travel time and driver training involved in running these trucks makes them impractical for small donations and deliveries. We are in need of a van.
The Hosea Helps community has several really strong human services programs whose combined social impact not only reaches thousands of families who need help but also provides opportunities to thousands of people who want to connect and make a difference. Throughout the year, we produce innovative human services programs that transform individual donations into a singular force against the suffering and instability experienced by families that have faced financial collapse.
We offer a wide range of volunteer opportunities, and you’ll know the exact social impact of your time and energy. We have opportunities for individuals and groups, businesses and schools, churches and civic organizations. We can accommodate up to 250 people at one time. We’re also a great place to complete community service hours. If you have a group and would like to impact a particular community or attack, we can customize a volunteer opportunity that allows you to achieve that.
