Venue Rental Terms of Agreement

I understand that this application is not a reservation and that without written authorization to use the space all applications are pending.

Liability For Damages and Incidents

I understand that in completing this application I take on liability for all damages and incidents of any kind during the production of my event, during my event, and resulting from activity generated by my event, and that the scope of my event may require me acquire and submit my own certificate of insurance.

Certificates of Insurance, Deposits and Assurances

I understand that any certificates of insurance or deposits that are required, along with any prerequisite assurances that have been made by me or anyone on my team must be submitted before their deadline or any reservation to use the space is subject to cancellation regardless of any promotions, investments or expenses involved in the production of the event, and without refund.

Security and Guest Tracking

I understand that, depending on the size and scope of my event, Hosea Helps may require that I hire paid uniformed police officers, and/or use Hosea Helps' private security team, and/or use Hosea Help's system of wristbands and credentials to track guests and event staff.

Morality and Representation

I understand that any activities appearing to be of an illegal nature, involving or promoting the use of drugs, violence, sexual behavior, or bullying can be cause for Hosea Helps to determine that such activity is not in the best interest of the Hosea Helps Brand and cancel the production of the event or the event itself at any time, including during the event, and without refund.

Contract Fullfillment

I understand that the event production schedule and event times in the contract cannot be changed once the signing of the contract is complete, and that any request to do so may not be possible or may result in additional costs. I understand that final payment is due 24 hours before the start time of the event, and that failure to close payments by this time could result in cancellation of the event with no refund of deposit.

Understanding What Happens Next

I understand that after submitting this application, the Hosea Helps team will review my application, contact me for an in-person meeting whereby Hosea Helps will interview me about my event production needs and present me with the quote for using the space, along with any deadlines that I would need to follow. Upon my verbal agreement to the quote and deadlines, Hosea Helps will present me with a contract for the use of the space. I understand that this process can take up to 30 business days from the time I submit my application to the date when I am presented with a contract.
