Age Requirement

Guidelines for Children

We have ongoing volunteer opportunities for youth and adults who are 12 years in age and older. If you would like to bring a volunteer group of children that are under 12 years in age, you must contact us for project approval.

Day Center Volunteers

Orientation & Welcome Sessions

Volunteer orientation, which will be available once you create your account, is required to volunteer at the Day Center during the week. If you do not have access to the internet, you can come in and attend one of our scheduled welcome sessions.

Community Service

Properly Tracking Volunteer Hours

Volunteers who register and attend any of our posted volunteer opportunities are eligible to receive credit for any service hours completed. Hours can be verified on timesheets given by appointing agencies, as well as on our official letterhead.
