Previous client working with Brenda Williams and Cheri, says Ms. Brenda hadn't finished or resolved her case at all. Spoke to her (Brenda) 2 weeks ago on her cell phone and says she hadn't mentioned that she no longer works for Hosea.
Calling to complain because she feels as though she's been given the run-around with no actual help.
Currently homeless living in hotel with children, and fees about to run out. Needs financial help.

A client you and Mrs. O met at the Back 2 School Jamboree, and took her information. Mrs. O also gave the client her personal card with contact info on it and said she would be able to help her. Client says she's been trying to get in contact with Mrs. O for weeks now, and had no luck. Her housing situation has gotten worse and would like to schedule a meeting or hear a response.

Complaint from Fresh Food Wednesday. Client says either employee/volunteer put drinks in her car, when they were busted and the liquid leaked out. Says she asked him to remove the empty cans from her car, and gave her a very nasty attitude and proceeded to throw them back in her car.
Description: Tall, slim, dark-skin, male, young (about 25 years old).
Also, complained because the lack of food. Received only cinnamon rolls, rotten spoiled donuts, and sanitizer. Waited in line for 1 1/2 hours and was very disappointed in results.
