The full list of human services delivered to your door, for your entire community.
Register Your School
You can use our online form to place an order for your day care center, elementary school, middle school, high school, college or university, and we will bring it to you. Inform the proper administrative staff at your school that Hosea Helps will deliver food, water, toiletries and more to the school and distribute the items to the students and their families. This service is free of charge and is designed to support schools with students in low-income families.
You can use our online form to place an order for your entire apartment complex, and we will bring it to you. After you register your apartment complex, our Human Services Team will reach out to your apartment’s management team to get approval and coordinate the delivery of services. If you live in a community that is not an apartment complex, and you would like to request services, you can register your neighborhood.
Our team arrives, sets up temporary event space, distributes all of the services that are posted below, packs up clean, and then moves on to another community, but our human services team begins to develop a plan for ongoing engagement in that community in a way that improves the stability of the households in that community.
Groceries
We offer a range of products like baby food, canned and dry goods, water, fresh produce, pastries and, during the holidays, turkeys and other meats.
Get/Renew Food Stamps
We bring the SNAP Food Stamp application process to each community we serve, and residents can get or renew food stamps with our team on-site.
Other Public Benefits
In addition to Food Stamps, we can screen residents for other public benefits like Medicaid or Medicare, and then tell them which services they’re eligible for.
Health Care
Hosea Helps has partners in the health care industry who bring their teams with us into the communities that we serve and provide free medical care and screenings on-site.
Support Groups
Our human services team can assess trends in mental, emotional and behavioral stress and establish support groups in your community that address those trends.
Job Readiness
Our team will assess trends in employment in your community and begin to work against unemployment by providing job readiness training and job placement.
With "Hosea on the Move" and our "Farm to Table Initiative" low income apartment communities throughout Metro Atlanta can get fresh fruits and vegetables delivered to them at no cost.
Register Your Nonprofit
Hosea Helps provides support to other human services organizations who serve low income families. Your organization can receive bulk quantities of food, water, clothing, school supplies, cleaning supplies and more. We can also work with you to increase your capacity to serve by providing you with tools that can help manage your products, your clients and your volunteers.
The outcomes or total social impact of this program is measured by the number of households we interact with, and the total number of people represented by those households. You can sponsor this program at $50 per family. This means with each gift of $50 comes the wide range of services listed above, delivered to the door of a family who will be better for it.
