Phase 3: Screen and Interview Candidates
- Designate how long the application will be open.

- Designate at least 1 week to review resumes and check references.

- 5 days with an interview every hour on the hour between 12 PM and 5 PM is 25 interview slots.
- Standard Interview Model:
