Department Head Roles and Responsibilities
Definition
Department Heads are volunteers who take leadership roles in producing events and managing campaigns. Each Department Head specializes in a certain function that contributes to the overall effort.
Event Production
Department Heads who produce events are provided with a team of volunteers, and are responsible for setting up their area, managing their area for the duration of the event, and breaking their area down.
Campaign Management
Department Heads who manage campaigns are assigned a function to carry out through the end of the campaign. Campaigns are run by committees, on which the Department Head sits as a member.

Volunteer Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years in age.
- Must have an online volunteer account.
- Must attend volunteer orientation.
- Must stay the entire event.

- Must be a student with valid ID.
- Multiple entries are allowed.
- Must be drawn by hand.
- On solid white background.
- Black and white, or color art.
- Pencil, pen and marker are all allowed.
- Use a scanner to digitize art.
